Thank you for supporting A Crafty Old Broad! Because our embroidered items and baby quilts are completely personalized to your custom specifications, all sales on custom/personalized items are final.

Damages & Order Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an error was made on our behalf or your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at patti@acraftyoldbroad.com within 48 hours with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Non-Custom Items: For any standard, non-personalized items, we offer a 30-day return policy

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
